Lucy Weaver is an interdisciplinary artist and educator born in New Philadelphia, OH, based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Weaver earned her Bachelors of Science from the University of Cincinnati DAAP in Industrial Design (2021), and is currently completing her Masters of Fine Arts in Visual Arts at the University of Michigan STAMPS.

Her practice is driven by deep research, focusing on the interwoven narrative of technology, belief, and conceptions of the human body. Her work exposes this narrative’s effect on human perception, both historically and speculatively.
